The overuse of Plugins and digital recording has contributed greatly to the decline of the audio experience. A great performance and song can cut through the distractions of distortion, "plastic" tone, and unpleasing artifacts , but makes it more difficult. Because of this, over the years I developed audio-saving techniques to fix these and other problems and collaborated with Sonic Studio to create the Anti-Plugin Plugin called I.C.E.(In Case of Emergency). A free trial is available at www.legendaryaudio.com. Please help save the Audio! Thanks, I do concur. The market wants this, so its hard to fault anyone in particular. But the truths shall always remain, no gear is going to help if the music created isn't done from the heart.

I try to not let the noise bother me, and yet, keep an open mind of the tools which we use to create and inspire mixes with. "less judgement, more curiosity" is what I strive for, plus, it takes alot of energy to be "the old guy yelling at the clouds"! lol...*(not suggesting you are the old guy, just an example :-D ).

I enjoyed reading your blog and want to also suggest to make things from the heart, and no piece of gear can fix something that is not right.

The last thing I will add for those who are newer mixer's/hobbyist's etc...don't put any plugins on until you balance things with pan and fader....this will change your life I promise :-DAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08433358533264189872noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4479109740746197221.post-19419149610763021842016-02-01T10:32:21.029-08:002016-02-01T10:32:21.029-08:00Man,

I do offer a 1 song trial so potential clients can see and hear what they will get working with me since its important how we all work together and it our styles work well together. It makes it risk free for them to try me out.
Many people find me through facebook or MIX magazine where I write articles, and through my website. People can then learn about me and see if I am for-real and know what I am doing :-)
BUt I get clients form all over the world and most hear my work or hear about me from another artist I have worked with. so again word of mouth. And trying to compensate is exhausting at times. I've only recently started using earbuds out if necessity, as I'm between facilities at the moment and reduced to just an interface and a laptop to keep me sane. But remarkably enough, my mixes sound magically better than usual, and I realized it's because I'm using earbuds and laptop speakers for referencing aside from my quality headphones and monitors. It dawned on me "duh!" Consumers will more than likely be listening on their phone or tablet/laptop which do not translate low end barely at all, so getting a kick drum and bass guitar to cut through on those mediums ensures the groove to translate on other devices, obviously adjusting low end on monitors/subs as to not come off as molasses through full range systems hahaFrank Williamshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09832172744254977197noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4479109740746197221.post-85370331139731422962015-08-08T19:53:03.188-07:002015-08-08T19:53:03.188-07:00This is John Moran I always Learn alot from you. ...This is John Moran I always Learn alot from you.
